At DeeDee Hand and Foot Studio, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations and rescheduling are welcome with advance notice. Please provide as much notice as possible so your appointment time may be offered to another client. Cancellations Within 24 Hours Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Your booking deposit will be retained and may be applied toward your next appointment. No-Call / No-Show Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without contacting the studio will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price. Your booking deposit will also be retained and may be applied toward your next appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment, depending on the service and studio schedule. Applicable fees may apply. Booking Deposits Booking deposits are required to reserve certain appointments and are applied toward the final service total. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment in accordance with this policy. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
